Using iManager: Current Working Directory: MV

MV is an abbreviation for "Move (or Rename) Entry". By selecting the [MV] link next to an entry in the Current Working Directory, you will move the selected directory or file to a new location. You will be asked by the MV wizard (shown below) to specify the name of the new filename or directory.

Move(Rename) File

Enter the new filename and pathname for the currently selected file, /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/index.html. The current working directory is the default pathname but can be changed if desired. Select the "Move File" button to move(rename) the file.
